Do you ship internationally?

  • I do!  I ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia currently.  If you need an item shipped elsewhere, please contact me first to see if I can arrange it for you.

What shipping services do you offer?

  • At checkout, you will be able to choose from First Class or Priority shipping.
  • First class is 2-5 business days (U.S). 
  • Priority is 2-3 business days (U.S.)
  • Please allow 48 hours for your piece to be packed and prepared for shipment. Shipping time does not include the 48 hours.

What shipping do you offer for International orders?

  • I offer both First Class International and Priority International shipping.
  • All priority shipments will be insured.

If I need to return an item, can I?

  • I cannot accept any returns on custom orders. I carefully package all of my items before shipping to ensure they arrive safely and unharmed. However, once shipped, I am not responsible for loss or damage.  I strongly urge you to choose priority shipping at checkout if this is a concern, as these orders will be insured.
  • I do not accept returns if an item is not the correct size. All sizes are listed within the listing. Please be sure you know your size before ordering!
  • If an item is not as it was described or arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. I will work with you to ensure you are thrilled with your order. 
  • Please be sure to reach out within 10 days of your new piece's arrival if something needs to be addressed.  I will do my best to make sure you're completely happy.

Return and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is paramount to my success.  Unfortunately, I cannot accept exchanges or provide refunds on customized items.

In order to make an exchange, or receive a refund on a non-custom piece, the item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.  Please email shannon@dancingdragonflystudio.com to arrange this.

Exchanges/refunds will not be allowed on items that have been damaged by the customer, or due to incorrect size.
