Do you ship internationally?
- I do! I ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia currently. If you need an item shipped elsewhere, please contact me first to see if I can arrange it for you.
What shipping services do you offer?
- At checkout, you will be able to choose from First Class or Priority shipping.
- First class is 2-5 business days (U.S).
- Priority is 2-3 business days (U.S.)
What shipping do you offer for International orders?
- I offer both First Class International and Priority International shipping.
- Unfortunately, priority isn't the most cost effective option.
If I need to return an item, can I?
- I cannot accept any returns on custom orders. However, should something arrive damaged, I will happily accept it for a repair. I carefully package all of my items before shipping to ensure they arrive safely and unharmed.
- I do not accept returns if an item is not the correct size. All sizes are listed within the listing. Please be sure you know your size before ordering!
- If an item is not as it was described or arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. I will work with you to ensure you are thrilled with your order.
- I will not be able to assist you if you do not contact me within 30 days of receiving your piece.
Return and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is paramount to my success. If you've found that an item is either defective, or is not as it was described, then I will be happy to issue a refund, and/or exchange your item within 30 days of the purchase date.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept exchanges or provide refunds on customized items, but if a piece is damaged, you may return the piece to me for repair within 30 days of the purchase date.
In order to make an exchange, or receive a refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. Please email email@example.com to arrange this.
Exchanges/refunds will not be allowed on items that have been damaged by the customer, or due to incorrect size.
